Igniyte has attended business events across the world in the last few weeks as we continue to establish networks and grow our business.

Representatives of Igniyte travelled to Dubai for the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) from 4th to 7th May, whilst representatives also headed down to London for the Great British Business Show 2015 from 13th to 14th May.

Arabian Travel Market

The ATM saw a growth in numbers by 15% on the 2014 show, with more than 26,000 influential visitors attending. Igniyte’s Managing Partner, Simon Wadsworth, was amongst them at the most popular travel and tourism event in the Middle East. It was the 19th annual ATM, with 68% of the attendees already booking for the 2016 show at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The Travel Market featured various seminars with business professionals, as well as exhibitions, discussions and business-to-business networking – all devoted to helping individuals and enterprises to hone their skills.

Great British Business Show

Some of Britain’s leading business experts were in attendance at the Great British Business Show, with Igniyte’s Managing Partner, Caroline Skipsey, giving an expert presentation as part of the seminar programme. Caroline was speaking alongside the likes of former Dragon Piers Linney, Charlie Mullins OBE, 2013 Apprentice Finalist Neil Clough and the UK’s Number 1 Motivational Speaker Brad Burton.

Caroline discussed the importance of companies having a presence online, with forums, review sites and social platforms growing on a daily basis. In her talk, she outlined the three key tools to manage online conversations:

  • The use of online content and PR
  • Effective Review/Forum Management
  • Legal options

The shows enable growing businesses to connect with other companies and share their expertise, networking with similar enterprises and business leaders across the globe.

The two unique opportunities allowed us to engage with other businesses around the world, helping businesses to learn some of our skills and the importance of Online Reputation in the Digital Age.
