Cities are very much property hotspots for investors. So we focused on creating PR campaigns with ‘buzz’ targeting the cities of Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool.
First, we gathered background information on the cities, property investment trends and predictions. We then conducted some original research on the areas and created and issued press releases, images and related information on the research findings and cities.
The campaigns targeted regional press and gained widespread media coverage in each region. We achieved high-ranking PR links online across all regional dailies approached. We also used the client’s social media channels to share the campaign coverage wider. Website traffic increased, as did inbound inquiries and public awareness of the company and its investment opportunities.
