With unmoderated review sites and forums rising, it is becoming increasingly difficult to manage reviews directed at your business. In line with this, almost 19 per cent of those taking part in the research said their firm had created roles in-house in order to effectively respond to reviews and online content.

This can be done by ensuring good customer service. Also, take negative feedback as an opportunity for growth and development within the business.
